Terms of Service

The rules for using VectorizeImage, buying credits and downloading vector files

Agreement

These terms apply when you use vectorizeimage.im ("VectorizeImage", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

VectorizeImage converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WEBP) into vector files using an AI model. You can see a watermarked preview of every result for free. Downloading the clean file without a watermark costs credits.

Results are generated automatically. We work hard to make them accurate, but we can't guarantee that every image converts perfectly, especially photos, very small images or images with tiny text. Always check the preview before you unlock a download.

Your account

You sign in with Google and must be at least 16 years old. Keep your account secure; activity on your account is your responsibility. One account per person. Sharing an account or reselling access is not allowed.

Credits and payments

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire while your account is open.
  • New accounts receive 10 welcome credits (one clean download). They are for personal use; creating extra accounts to collect them is not allowed.
  • Subscriptions add credits at the start of each month and renew automatically until you cancel. On a yearly plan you pay once a year and receive the credits month by month. You can cancel at any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and credits you already received stay in your account.
  • Spending credits. A clean download costs the number of credits shown next to the button before you confirm. Previews never cost credits. If a download fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are only usable on VectorizeImage.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Because you can inspect a watermarked preview before spending anything, completed downloads are generally not refundable. If a file you downloaded is defective or doesn't match its preview, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or return the credits. If you bought credits by mistake and haven't used any of them, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Your images and your files

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the vector files created from them. You give us permission to process your images only as needed to provide the service; we don't use them for anything else. Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, so download what you need.

You must only upload images you own or have permission to use. Vectorizing a logo, character or artwork does not give you any rights to it. You are responsible for how you use the files you download, including checking that commercial use doesn't infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright.

Acceptable use

Don't use VectorizeImage to:

  • process images that infringe someone else's rights, or that are illegal, hateful or sexually exploit anyone;
  • upload files in bulk with scripts, scrape the site, or try to get around watermarks, preview limits or payments;
  • interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is serious, unused credits may be forfeited.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or pause parts of the service, and we may update prices for future purchases. We will give notice of price changes to active subscribers before their next renewal.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
