Who we are

VectorizeImage ("we", "us") runs the image vectorization service at vectorizeimage.im. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the site, why we need it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@vectorizeimage.im.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Images you upload and the files we create from them. Your uploaded picture, the watermarked preview and the finished vector files (SVG, EPS, PDF, DXF, PNG).
• Purchase records. The plan you bought, the amount, the date and the payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
• Credit history. Credits added by purchases and credits spent on downloads, so your balance is correct.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type and request logs that our hosting provider records to keep the service secure and working.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account and credit balance.
• To vectorize your images and let you download the results.
• To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds or disputes.
• To prevent abuse, such as automated uploads or attempts to bypass watermarks and daily preview limits.
• To answer support requests.
• If you open a checkout and leave without paying, we may send you one short email about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded images, previews and vector results are deleted automatically 24 hours after they are created. Download your files within that window.
• Account details and credit history are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account in Settings, they are removed.
• Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.
• Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses. You can delete your account yourself in Settings, or email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Children

VectorizeImage is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will also notify signed-in users by email.
